In the spirit of the "Mères cuisinières", the three generations of cooks and mothers who have served as an unending source of inspiration to Georges Blanc, the restaurant showcases the cuisine of the Bresse region, such as the much-famed Bresse PDO chicken, fresh frog legs and pike quenelle with lobster sauce.
Located in the centre of Village Blanc, come and enjoy traditional, home-style cooking in a charming auberge with its retro-style feel.
Enjoy a delightful moment in this authentic setting, steeped in the history of the Blanc family.
Decorated with objects brimming with nostalgia such as old lemonade bottles, checked tablecloths and enamelled plates, the auberge positively oozes charm.
On fine summer days, make the most of its large sunny terrace. In the shade of the bioclimatic pergola, enjoy the views over Dovecote Park whatever the weather.
A unique, rural setting that at nightfall becomes ever more enchanting when the entire site comes alive with lights.
For smaller events, "La Grange sur l'Eau" (The Barn on the Water) can accommodate up to 12 people. Halfway between the seminar room and the restaurant, this space is accessible to people of reduced mobility, and features a large interactive screen and an inviting décor.
